At Bauman, Noonan and Associates, retirement plan specialists since 1970, our focus is on small business 401k and profit sharing plans. For an inclusive charge, starting at just $375 year, you will receive complete administrative and communication services including:

- Ongoing consulting – Have a question? We are only a phone call or email away.
- Plan Document, along with unlimited free updates for legislative changes – Most third party administrator charge for plan amendments and restatements.
- Record keeping, quarterly participant statements, testing along with Form 5500 and 1099-R preparation.
- Plan communication including plan-specific explanatory material, onsite or online group meetings and individual investment counseling.
- Local customer service – At your option, participants can be instructed to contact us directly for all matters relating to plan participation. This saves your staff time and you money.
Cost for Services – $375 per Year Pricing
If your 401k plan is invested through any of the companies listed below, you probably quality for our $375 per year pricing policy. This means you receive all of the services described above for only $375 per year. There is never a startup charge and nothing changes with your investments. The only thing that does change is that you pay less to administer your plan.

Other Pricing
You are not limited to use a certain investment provider. In fact, you can use any investment provider that you choose provided that they are willing to work with an outside Third-Party Administrator (TPA). In this case, our charges are based on the number of employees employed by the plan sponsor. One thing that differentiates us from many other TPAs is that our price is all inclusive. There are no additional charges for distributions, loan originations, etc. In other words, the price we quote you is the price you pay. Nothing is extra.
The only exception would be if we were required to retroactively correct plan defects that occurred prior to the time we assumed administrative responsibility for the plan.
